Su is the realtor you want to work with. She treated our listing as if she was selling her personal home. There was no job that was too big or small when it came to selling the house. Her frank and keen insights on market trends, pricing decisions, and feedback from potential buyers helped us to maximize the price we got without passing over potential buyers. Su was at the house regularly, sometimes daily, to open and lock up. She followed up with other realtors regularly to gain feedback and pursue inquires throughout.
